Where the wild stories begin.

My love for the outdoors began when I was a child. Some of my favorite memories have always been made in the woods, on the water, and around the traditions of fishing and hunting. To me, the outdoors has never been just a pastime. It’s a place to slow down, reconnect, learn, and appreciate the beauty of God’s creation.

After high school, I joined the United States Marine Corps, where I served for four years as an infantry Marine. I completed my service as an Infantry Platoon Sergeant, an experience that shaped me through discipline, perseverance, leadership, and commitment. When I left the Marine Corps, I returned to the outdoor traditions that had always been a meaningful part of my life.

Today, my favorite pursuits include fishing, deer hunting, turkey hunting, and duck hunting. But the outdoors is about more than the catch or the harvest. It’s about the early mornings, the preparation, the patience, the lessons, and the memories made along the way.

My wife, Kerri, and my son, Lane, mean the world to me. They are a constant reminder of what matters most: faith, family, and time spent together.

Friends encouraged me to share my passion for the outdoors through social media, and that encouragement led to the creation of Cypress Head Productions. What began as a desire to share outdoor adventures has grown into a platform built around faith, family, conservation, and the simple joy of being outside.

Cypress Head Productions exists to encourage people to step away from the noise, get outdoors, and make meaningful memories. Through our videos and content, I hope to share the excitement of hunting and fishing, celebrate the beauty of the outdoors, preserve time-honored traditions, and inspire others to pass those traditions along.
